Terms and Conditions

Bookings

- To validate a reservation, our clients must send proof of payment and the following information:

- Full name

- Birthdate

- Identity number or passport number

- Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Postal Code

- Phone

- Email

- Time of entry to the property.

- Departure time from the property.

- Name of other guests (if any);

- Payment methods, reservations, rental and deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be collected at check-in before entering the property.

Payment, corresponding to 30% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit, bank receipt, Paypal, Mercado Pago, credit card or cash payment at our office.

Payment of the rest of the rent + cleaning fee + deposit must be made at the time of check-in and delivery of keys.

In order for us to assign your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer by email.

Your reservation will be validated from the moment the Niido Stays reservations department sends you a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.


Check-in

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. onwards.

The client is obliged to inform us of their arrival time and provide us with their contact number. Without this information check-in will not be possible.

If you arrive before our official check-in time of 4:00 p.m., you can leave your luggage at the office during our opening hours. If the apartment is available and the client wants to be guaranteed the possibility of early check-in, a change can be arranged between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at a cost of USD 10 of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.


Check out

Departure time: 00:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

A Niido Stays employee will meet the client at her apartment to examine the property, receive the keys and return the security deposit (if paid).

After check out, the client can store their luggage in Our office during opening hours. If the apartment is available and the client only wants to check out between 11:00 and 23:00, we require a late check-out fee of 20USD. This amount must be paid at the entrance.

If the customer does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 50USD will be charged if the check-out is before 2:00 p.m. After 11:00 a.m., the amount charged will be the equivalent of a stay of two full nights.


Cancellation and changes to the reservation.

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment early. Changes to booking dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from Niido Stays.

Niido Stays has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of the amounts paid by the client, if one of the following situations occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of tranquility of the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules, organizing parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, lack of full payment of rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable television, Niido Stays does not assume responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences arising from it. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of rental payment.


Responsibilities and obligations of our guests.

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property he rents as well as any element belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the rules and regulations of the condominium. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be paid immediately by the client. In addition, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental contract without the right to any refund.


Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any bookings where visitors are expected, so we can offer you a more suitable property.
