Parking is free for our guests, providing peace of mind during your stay. As for public transportation, we're close to several bus stops, all within a few minutes' walk from the building. We recommend using Uber to get around the city. This makes getting around the city easy and convenient for our guests.

Guests will have access to all areas of the accommodation and the building, including the BBQ (with cost), terrace with views of the mountains and city, gym and parking. It is important that you review the accommodation rules to avoid inconveniences or fines.

1. Política de Cancelación:
o Cancelación rentas cortas (menores a 30 días): Reembolso completo si se cancela al menos 5 días antes del check-in.
o Cancelación rentas largas (mayores o iguales a 30 días): Reembolso completo si se cancela al menos 30 días antes del check-in.
2. Política de Check-in/Check-out:
o Check-in: A partir de las 16:00 horas para permitir tiempo suficiente para la limpieza y preparación del apartamento.
o Check-out: Antes de las 11:00 horas para permitir la limpieza y la preparación para los próximos huéspedes.
o Early Check-in: Se cobrarán 10 USD adicionales si el ingreso se hace antes de la hora de check-in. Sujeto a disponibilidad del apartamento.
3. Política de Ingreso y Registro
o Todos los huéspedes deben presentar su identificación de manera física para ingresar al edificio. Se guardará registro de todos los ingresos a los apartamentos utilizados para rentas cortas.
4. Política de Ingreso de Vehículos:
o Los apartamentos de 1 habitación pueden hacer uso de 1 zona de parqueo.
o Los apartamentos de 2 habitaciones pueden hacer uso de 2 zonas de parqueo.
o Para ingresar vehículos al parqueadero, los vehículos deben ser registrados en la recepción del edificio o las placas deben ser notificadas previamente.
5. Política de Invitados Adicionales:
o Pueden haber máximo 2 invitados por apartamento de manera simultánea.
o La hora máxima de ingreso de invitados es a las 22:00 horas.
o La hora máxima de salida es invitados es a las 23:59 horas.
o Si existe incumplimiento, habrá una multa de 50 USD.
6. Política de Mascotas:
o Se permiten mascotas bajo petición previa y con un cargo adicional de limpieza de 20 USD por estadía.
o Se requiere un depósito reembolsable por daños causados por mascotas por un valor de 50 USD.
7. Política de Fumadores:
o Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento. Se permite fumar en áreas designadas al aire libre como la terraza.
o Si hay incumplimiento en la norma, se multará al huésped por 50 USD por aviso.
8. Política de Sustancias Psicoactivas
o En el edificio no es permitido hacer actividades ilegales ni que perjudiquen a nuestra comunidad.
o El no cumplimiento de estas normas tiene una multa de 150 USD.
o Tener en cuenta el Código de Policía de Colombia vigente ante la normativa establecida para uso de sustancias psicoactivas.
9. Política de Ruido y Vecindario:
o Los huéspedes deben respetar el horario de silencio después de las 23:00 horas.
o No se permiten fiestas ni eventos sin autorización previa.
o Los huéspedes deben ser respetuosos con los vecinos y las normas de convivencia del edificio. Tener en cuenta el Código de Policía de Colombia vigente ante la normativa establecida para el ruido y sus horarios.
o Si existe incumplimiento, habrá una multa de 50 USD.
10. Política de Limpieza:
o Se espera que los huéspedes dejen el apartamento en condiciones razonables de limpieza.
o Se cobra una tarifa de limpieza de 20 USD para cubrir los costos asociados con la preparación del apartamento para los próximos huéspedes.
11. Política de Uso de Instalaciones Comunes:
o Los huéspedes deben respetar las reglas y horarios de uso de las instalaciones comunes, como la terraza, BBQ, gimnasio.
o 60 USD por prestar el espacio de BBQ con terraza para eventos o integraciones. 50 USD adicionales como depósito que serán devueltos después del alquiler de la terraza.
o Horario de la terraza: Lunes a viernes 18:00 hasta 01:00 del próximo día. El fin de semana 24 horas. Eventos con ruido elevado (de acuerdo al Código de Policía de Colombia vigente) hasta las 00:00 horas.
